摘　　要：“酉甜紫红”是中熟甜荞新品种,2023年6月通过重庆种业协会农作物鉴定委员会鉴定。该品种具有紫叶、紫茎、红花、红粒的形态特性以及高蛋白质和高膳食纤维的品质,花期持续时间长,茎、叶、花、粒观赏性强,适用于开展农旅融合产业化推广种植。“Youtian Purple Red”is a new medium ripe buckwheat variety,which was identified by the Crop Appraisal Committee of Chongqing Seed Industry Association in June 2023.It has the morphological characteristics of purple leaves,purple stems,red flowers and red grains,as well as high contents of protein and high dietary fiber quality.The flowering period of“Youtian Purple Red”lasts for a long time,and the stems,leaves,flowers,and grains have highly ornamental property,making it suitable for promoting the integration development of agriculture and tourism industries in rural areas.
