摘  要:针对日内阶段电动汽车(electric vehiue, EV)的调控意愿具有不确定性,部分偏差可能增加实时控制失效风险问题。基于韦伯-费希纳定律刻画放电响应意愿的EV可行域,以最大程度跟踪日前计划为优化目标,同时考虑响应意愿的不确定性,建立基于信息间隙决策理论的EV日内解聚合优化调控模型。算例结果表明:该模型可以定量评估电动汽车日内放电响应率不确定性带来的风险损失与机会效益,在工程实际应用中具有一定优势。Intraday phase electric vehicle(EV) have uncertainty in their willingness to regulate, and some deviations may increase the risk of real-time control.The paper firstly describes the feasible domain of EV considering the discharge response willingness based on the Weber-Fechner law.Then, with the optimisation objective of maximally tracking the day-ahead schedule and considering the uncertainty of the response willingness, an EV intra-day solution aggregation optimisation regulation model based on the information gap decision theory is established.The example results show that the proposed model can quantitatively assess the risk loss and opportunity benefit of EV intraday discharge response rate uncertainty, and has certain advantages in practical engineering applications.
