摘  要:结合目前国内火力发电厂大批量引入T91钢材已超过20年,部分开始出现断裂失效的情况,对已服役20年低硬度T91马氏体耐热钢的蠕变寿命评估进行分析,分别采用Larson-Miller参数法、等温外推法和硬度法进行了蠕变剩余寿命计算。结果显示,Larson-Miller参数法和等温外推法得到的蠕变寿命结果相近,而硬度法计算得到的蠕变寿命值最低,比其他两种方法低约30%。硬度法具有能够快速评估蠕变损伤情况的优点,但由于蠕变损伤机理的复杂性,可能存在低估剩余蠕变寿命的风险,因此提出了一种工程中可操作性强的综合评估程序,包括收集原始数据、现状检查、硬度法初步评估寿命、Larson-Miller参数法或等温外推法计算蠕变寿命等,并结合微观老化损伤情况给出最终寿命评估结果。Given that T91 steels have been extensively utilized in domestic thermal power plants for over 20 years, some of these materials have begun to fail This study analyzes the creep life evaluation of low-hardness T91 martensitic heat-resistant steels that have been in service for two decades.The remaining creep life was calculated using the Larson-Miller parameter method, the isothermal extrapolation method, and the hardness method, respectively.The results indicated that the creep life obtained by the Larson-Miller parameter method and the isothermal extrapolation method were similar.In contrast, the hardness method calculated the lowest creep life value, which was approximately 30% lower than that of the other two methods.Although the hardness method has the advantage of quickly assessing the creep damage, it carries risk of underestimating the residual creep life due to the complexity of the creep damage mechanism.Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation procedure was proposed with strong operability in engineering.This procedure includes collecting original data, checking the status quo, preliminary evaluation of the creep life using the hardness method, calculating the creep life by using the Larson-Miller parameter method or the isothermal extrapolation method, and providing final creep life assessment results based on the microscopic aging damage.
