寒冷地区装配式农宅模块化设计方法研究

摘　　要：我国大多数农村住宅建设依旧处于传统手工业建造阶段。传统建筑虽多因地制宜,适应性强且具有地域特色,但其功能布局比较单一,物理与安全性能也得不到保障,无法适应现代化村镇需求。为了提高住宅质量和建造效率,提高室内舒适度,以河北南宫市的农村住宅为研究对象,从建筑设计角度出发,结合模块化理论,设计寒冷地区装配式农村住宅典型户型。总结寒冷地区装配式住宅的设计策略,为寒冷地区装配式建筑设计提供参考,完善相关设计理论与设计方法。Most rural residential construction in our country is still in the traditional handicraft construction stage.Although traditional architecture is often tailored to local conditions and has strong adaptability and regional characteristics,its functional layout is relatively single,and its physical and safety performance cannot be guaranteed,making it unable to meet the needs of modern villages and towns.In order to improve the quality and construction efficiency of residential buildings,and enhance indoor comfort,we take rural residential buildings in Nangong City,Hebei Province as the research object.From the perspective of architectural design,combined with modular theory,we design typical prefabricated rural residential units in cold regions,and summarize the design strategies of prefabricated housing in cold regions,so as to provide reference for the design of prefabricated buildings in cold regions,and to improve relevant design theories and methods.
