城市中心广场改造后评价——以临安人民广场为例

摘　　要：我国城市中心广场通常具有重要的政治地位,往往具有较大的空间尺度。近年来,随着人民群众对广场需求的提升及中国轨道交通的建设,这些广场的改造也提上了日程。该文以杭州市临安人民广场为研究对象,进行了包括行为调查和问卷调查的使用后评价。调查表明,临安人民广场总体满意度较高,但也存在一些不足,如全龄段活动设施还需加强、广场可视性可达性不足、广场文脉尚需更好延续等。最后,根据评价结果提出了适合中国中心广场的部分设计建议。City central squares usually hold significant political importance in China city,which have a substantial spatial scale.In recent years,due to the increasing demand for squares by public and the rapid development of China's subway,the transformation of these squares has been put on the agenda.Taking Lin'an People's Square in Hangzhou as the research object,we conduct Post-Occupancy Evaluation including behavioral surveys and questionnaires.The findings indicate a generally high level of satisfaction with Lin'an People's Square.However,certain shortcomings have been identified,including the need for enhancing facilities for all age groups,inadequate visibility and accessibility,and the necessity for better continuity in the square's cultural context.Consequently,based on the evaluation results,we put forward a series of design suggestions suitable for central squares in China.
