摘  要:寒地城市滨水建成环境目前已无法满足人们健康干预的期望,并缺少能够精细化指导更新设计的指标体系与有效的健康干预方法。该文以沈阳市为例,利用决策树与回归分析算法测度出环境干预指标对健康绩效的影响权重与各环境干预指标在健康绩效最优时的合理阈值。研究表明,寒地城市居民健康绩效存在季节性差异;不同空间层级的环境干预指标影响权重呈现约束性、突现性与建议性特征;不同类型的滨水建成环境,对健康绩效干预的最优阈值存在差异。该文从健康干预视角,分类型、分层级建构寒地城市滨水建成环境详细规划导控体系,以期通过精准的导控技术,指导寒地滨水建成环境精细化规划设计与建设。The current waterfront built environment can no longer meet people's expectations for health intervention,especially in cold regions,and there is no index system and effective health intervention methods that can guide and update design in detail.Taking Shenyang as an example,through decision tree algorithm and regression analysis algorithm,the influence weight of environmental intervention indicators on health performance and the reasonable threshold of each environmental intervention indicator when health performance is optimal are measured.The research shows that there are seasonal differences in the health performance of urban residents in cold areas.The influence weight of environmental intervention indicators at different spatial levels presents the characteristics of constraint,prominence and suggestion.Different types of waterfront built environments have different optimal thresholds for health performance intervention.From the perspective of health intervention,we construct a guidance and control system for the detailed planning of waterfront built environment in cold region by types and levels.In order to improve the health status of residents through accurate guidance and control technology,to guide the detailed planning,design and construction of waterfront built environment in cold region.
