摘　　要：乡村生活垃圾收集设施作为乡村公共服务设施的重要组成部分,其空间布局的合理性直接关系到村民处理生活垃圾行为的积极性,从而影响乡村生活垃圾分类收运体系的完善与乡村人居环境建设。该文在对我国乡村生活垃圾收集方式历史变迁的认知基础上,通过梳理相关政策法规的技术规范,建立乡村生活垃圾收集设施绩效评价体系。以位于苏南先发地区的苏州市甪直镇为实证区域,运用GIS和SPSS等工具对镇域尺度下乡村生活垃圾收集设施的空间布局展开绩效评价,进而提出针对性优化设计策略,同时形成对既有技术规范的有效反馈,以期为新时期乡村生活垃圾收集设施的精准配置和提升乡村人居环境治理效能提供科学借鉴。As an important part of rural public service facilities,the rationality of the spatial layout of rural domestic waste collection facilities is directly related to the villagers'motivation to deal with domestic waste,thus affecting the improvement of the rural domestic waste classification and transportation system and the construction of the rural human settlement.In this paper we establish a performance evaluation system for rural domestic waste collection facilities by combing the technical specifications of relevant policies and regulations on the basis of the historical changes of rural domestic waste collection in China.Taking Luzhi Town of Suzhou City,which is located in the pioneer area of South Jiangsu Province,as the empirical area,the performance evaluation of the spatial layout of rural domestic waste collection facilities at the town scale is carried out by using tools such as GIS and SPSS,and the targeted optimization design strategy is proposed,and at the same time,an effective feedback on the existing technical specifications is formed,so as to provide scientific reference for the precise allocation of rural domestic waste collection facilities in the new period and the improvement of the effectiveness of the governance of the rural human settlement.
