特大城市旧城创新街区共生发展机制及策略研究——以南京鼓楼区硅巷为例  

Symbiotic Development Mechanism and Strategy of Innovative Districts in Old Cities of Megacities:Taking Silicon Alley in Gulou District of Nanjing as an Example

摘  要:近年来,创新街区逐渐成为特大城市旧城片区在空间资源紧缺情况下实现创新发展和空间更新的主流发展模式。该文以南京鼓楼区硅巷为例,运用共生理论分析了特大城市旧城创新街区的形成与发展机制,找出当前发展阻碍并提出共生发展策略。研究表明,旧城与创新街区的供需匹配是旧城创新街区形成的内在基础,政策、经济、文化、社会的协同作用影响进一步巩固了旧城创新街区的存在,但仍有空间改造与创新功能不匹配、多元主体权益难以均衡、要素网络联系不完善等问题,阻碍着旧城创新街区的空间营造和发展。因此未来需更加关注空间融合中的人本问题,推动旧城创新街区的持续正向演进。In recent years,innovative districts have gradually become the mainstream development mode for megacities to realize innovative development and spatial renewal in old city districts in spite of the shortage of spatial resources.Taking Silicon Alley in Gulou District of Nanjing as an example,we analyze the formation and development mechanism of innovative districts in old cities of megacities by using the symbiosis theory,and identify the current obstacles to their development,then we propose a strategy for symbiotic development.The study shows that the matching of supply and demand between the old city and the innovative districts is the inherent foundation for the formation of the innovative districts in the old city,and the synergistic influence of policy,economy,culture and society further consolidates the existence of the innovative districts in the old city.However,there are still problems such as the mismatch between spatial renovation and innovative functions,the difficulty in balancing the rights and interests of the pluralistic subjects,and imperfect linkage of the elemental networks,etc.,which impede the spatial creation and development of the innovative districts in the old city.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the people-oriented issues in spatial integration in the future,and promote the continuous positive evolution of innovative districts in old cities.
