摘　　要：社会治理现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容,而社会工作作为连接政府与民众的桥梁,在这一进程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。当前,我国正处于社会转型的关键时期,社会治理面临新的机遇和挑战。在这一背景下,社会工作以其专业化、人性化的服务方式,成为化解社会矛盾、促进社会和谐的重要力量。与此同时,社区慈善公益作为社会治理的重要突破口,通过弘扬核心价值观、激发社区内生动力,为社会治理注入了新的活力。Social governance modernization is an important component of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Social work,as a bridge connecting the government and the public,plays an indispensable role in this process.At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation,where the traditional"acquaintance society"is gradually shifting towards a"stranger society."This transition presents new challenges and opportunities for social governance.Against this backdrop,social work,with its professional and humanized service methods,has become an important force in resolving social conflicts and promoting social harmony.Meanwhile,community philanthropy and public welfare,as an important breakthrough in social governance,injects new vitality into social governance by promoting core values and stimulating the endogenous power of communities.
