摘　　要：为提高工程质量、保障民生,通过分析全国各试点地区共计50个建筑工程缺陷保险(IDI)相关文本政策试点经验,通过扎根理论的方法构建了包含9个一级指标和39个二级指标的IDI政策评价指标,结合PMC模型对已收集到的政策文本进行政策评级,通过对国内部分城市IDI政策中经验的分析和总结,从政策性质、政策内容及政策工具3个方面分别提出了相关的政策建议,期望能够对IDI的进一步发展起到一定的参考作用。In order to improve the quality of projects and ensure people's livelihood,this study analyzes the pilot experience of a total of 50 projects in various pilot areas in China.Based on the grounded theory,the IDI policy evaluation index containing 9 first-level indicators and 39 second-level indicators was constructed.And the policy rating of the collected policy texts was carried out by combining the PMC model.Finally,based on the analysis of IDI policy experiences in several Chinese cities,policy suggestions are put forward from three aspects:policy nature,policy content and policy tools,which are expected to play a certain reference role for the further development of IDI.
