摘  要:智能建造技术的应用受到多种因素的影响,包括技术本身的特性、组织的内外部特征及外部环境等。以TOE理论框架为基础,从技术、组织、环境3个方面明确了建筑业新技术应用的影响因素。借助系统动力学的方法,构建了建筑业智能建造技术应用的因果关系图和系统流图,并对模型进行仿真分析。结果显示:技术、组织及环境3个层面的因素对智能建造技术应用均有不同程度的促进作用,其中智能建造技术投入占比、人力资源投入占比及财政补贴程度的影响效果更为显著。研究成果可以为政府出台智能建造相关政策提供理论依据,同时也可为建筑企业智能建造管理提供指导。The application of smart construction technology is influenced by various factors,including the characteristics of the technology itself,the internal and external characteristics of the organization and the external environment.Using the TOE theoretical framework,this study identifies the factors that influence new technology applications in the construction industry from three aspects:technology,organization and environment.Using system dynamics,this study constructs the causality and system flow diagrams for smart construction technology in the industry,followed by model simulation and analysis..The simulation results have shown that the three aspects of technology,organization and environment all have different degrees of promoting effects on the application of smart construction technology,among which the proportion of smart construction technology investment,the proportion of human resources investment and the degree of financial subsidies have more significant effects.The research results could provide a theoretical basis for the government to introduce smart construction-related policies,and provide guidance for construction enterprises to manage smart construction when necessary.
