基于投入产出分析的甘肃省建筑业碳排放影响因素研究

摘  要:为了研究甘肃省建筑业产业间及产业内部的碳排放情况,运用投入产出法对建筑业碳排放与其他产业之间的关联性及波及性进行分析,通过对数平均迪氏指数分解模型对3个时间段的碳排放影响因素进行分解。结果表明:甘肃省建筑业碳排放的影响力远远高于感应力,与第二产业具有较强的前向关联,与第三产业则呈较强的后向关联;对建筑业碳排放起促进作用且影响最大的因素为间接碳排放效应,其次为直接能源结构效应和产出规模效应,起到抑制作用的是直接能源强度效应和人口规模效应,但减排作用甚微;3个时期的碳排放影响因素分解结果表明“一带一路”倡议时期所带来的经济集聚效应和产业结构效应都有效抑制了各影响因素对建筑业碳排放的促进,对建筑业碳排放整体减排起到了政策推动作用。In order to study the inter-industry and intra-industry carbon emissions of the construction industry in Gansu Province the input-output method was used to analyze the corelation and impact between CO2 emissions of the construction industry and other industries,and the LMDI model was constructed to decompose the factors affecting carbon emissions in three time periods..The results show that the impact of carbon emissions from the construction business in Gansu Province is much higher than the sensing force,with a strong backward correlation with the secondary sector and a strong forward correlation with the tertiary sector;The primary factors driving CO2 emissions in the construction industry are indirect carbon emission effects,followed by direct energy structure effects and output scale effects.The factors that inhibit carbon emissions are direct energy intensity effects and population scale effects,though the emission reduction effect is minimal;The decomposition results of the influencing factors of carbon emissions in the three periods show that the economic agglomeration effect and industrial structure effect brought by the"the Belt and Road"initiative period have effectively suppressed the promotion of various driving factors on CO2 emissions in the construction industry,playing a policy role in promoting the overall reduction of CO2 emissions in the construction industry.
