摘 要:建筑废弃物排放量的增加严重阻碍了低碳可持续发展的进程。采用系统动力学方法构建碳交易机制下建筑废弃物治理的碳效益模型,以评估不同情景下的减碳效果。结果表明,建筑废弃物进行回收利用的碳减排潜力巨大;碳交易机制下能够产生显著的碳减排效益,与无碳交易情景相比,基准政策碳减排效果更佳;“碳价格+免费配额比例”的组合政策可以提高资源化利用企业的投资回报率,组合政策的碳效益大于单一政策。其成果有助于为政府部门制定减碳政策提高理论依据,为企业减碳管理提供理论指导。The rise in construction waste emissions has significantly hindered the process of low-carbon sustainable development.A system dynamics approach is used to develop a carbon benefit model for building waste management under the carbon trading mechanism,assessing carbon reduction effects across different scenarios.The results of this study show that recycling construction waste has a huge potential for carbon emission reduction;the carbon trading mechanism can produce significant carbon emission reduction benefits,and the baseline policy has a better carbon emission reduction effect compared with the no carbon trading scenario;the combination of the"carbon price+free quota ratio"policy can improve the return on investment of the resource utilization enterprises,and the carbon benefit of the combination policy is greater than that of the single policy..The results of this study can help improve the theoretical basis for government departments to formulate carbon reduction policies and provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to reduce carbon emissions.
