摘  要:随着我国“双碳”目标的提出,发展节能减碳建筑成为节约建筑碳排放的有效途径。为解决节能减碳建筑造价在项目前期估算难的问题,收集了上海市49座节能减碳建筑的造价数据,建立支持向量回归(SVR)模型,对节能减碳建筑造价进行预测研究。实验结果表明,SVR模型在节能减碳建筑总造价及单方造价的预测中均具有较高的准确性和可靠性。为节能减碳建筑项目的成本预测与控制提供了一种有效的方法,对于推动“双碳”目标的达成具有积极的意义。In the line with China's goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",developing energy-saving and carbon-reducing buildings has become a key strategy to lower building carbon emissions.However,estimating the cost of energy-efficient and carbon-reducing buildings during the early stages of a project is challenging.In order to solve this problem,the cost data of 49 energy-saving and carbon-reducing buildings in Shanghai are collected,and a support vector regression(SVR)model is established.The experimental results show that SVR model has high accuracy and reliability in predicting the total cost and single cost of energy-saving and carbon-reduction buildings.This study offers an effective method for predicting and controlling the costs of energy-efficient and carbon-reducing buildings,contributing to the achievement of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goal.
