摘 要:旧城绿色改造是解决城市资源矛盾和促进可持续发展的关键策略。围绕旧城改造的绿色度提升,通过运用结构方程模型(SEM)及AOMS软件构建旧城改造绿色度提升的驱动结构方程模型,从旧城改造绿色市场环境、经济效益、生态价值及社会环境4个层面着手深入分析了其影响路径和关键驱动因素、探究其驱动机理,揭示了关键影响路径及识别出8个关键驱动因素。结果显示,市场环境和生态效益对旧城改造的绿色度提升具有最为显著的直接及综合影响。研究不仅揭示了旧城绿色改造的关键驱动路径,还为促进旧城绿色化改造提供了模型依据及策略建议。The green transformation of the old city is the key strategy for addressing urban resources imbalances and promoting sustainable development.This study focuses on enhancing the green levels in the reconstruction of old cities.By utilizing Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)and AOMS software,a driving structural equation model for the green improvement in old city reconstruction was constructed.This study analyzes the influence paths and key driving factors from four dimensions:the green market environment of old city reconstruction,economic benefits,ecological value,and social environment,exploring their driving mechanisms.Moreover,it reveals the key driving paths and identifies eight critical driving factors.The results indicate that the market circumstance and ecological benefits have the most significant direct and comprehensive impact on the greening of old city reconstruction.This research not only reveals the key driving paths for the green reconstruction of old cities but also provides a model basis and strategic recommendations for promoting the greening transformation of old cities.
