“物化一运行”策略下的严寒地区既有校园住宅建筑减碳效果研究

摘  要:以黑龙江省某校园住宅建筑为例,利用建筑碳排放测算模型对该建筑物化阶段进行碳排放测算;同时运用Design Builder能耗模拟软件,基于该建筑物的基本信息、哈尔滨市全年的气候数据和供暖能源消耗,对该研究对象的运行阶段进行为期一年的仿真模拟。并对校园住宅建筑进行“物化一运行”一体化策略的节能改造。此次改造使该建筑物运行阶段碳排放量与约束值对应的碳排放量相比下降43.51%,与基准值对应的碳排放量相比下降了6.74%,约束用能行为后电量消耗降低15.99%,由此可见此类建筑物的减碳空间较大。研究为东北严寒地区既有高校住宅建筑碳排放测算与碳中和工作提供了参考和借鉴,为东北严寒地区建设低碳、可持续发展的校园建筑提供了建议。This study uses a campus residential building in Heilongjiang Province as a case study and applies a carbon emission measurement model to assess emissions during the materialization phase.It also utilizes DesignBuilder(V7)energy simulation software,incorporating the building's basic information,Harbin city's annual climate data,and heating energy consumption,to simulate the building's operation phase over one year.Lastly,the energy-saving renovation of campus residential buildings is carried out with an integrated strategy of"materialization-operation,"i.e.,optimization of structures and materials,supply chain management of building materials,and building simulation analysis and construction management are used in the materialization phase.The renovation of restraining the users'energy consumption and optimizing the mode of centralized heating are used in the operation phase.In the process of energy-saving renovation,this study proposes the integrated decision-making of"materialization-operation."The renovation makes the carbon emissions of the building in the operation phase decrease by 43.51%compared with the carbon emissions corresponding to the constraint value.It decreases by 6.74%compared with the carbon emissions corresponding to the baseline value,and the electricity consumption decreases by 15.99%after constraining the energy use behavior,which shows that there is more room for carbon reduction in this kind of building.This study provides a reference for studying carbon emission measurement and carbon neutrality of existing university residential buildings in the Northeast Cold Region.It also offers recommendations for constructing low-carbon,sustainable campus buildings in the Northeast Cold Region.
