摘  要:在输电线路施工中,机械化集群施工是一种提高效率、降低劳动强度的施工方法。以降低输电线路机械化集群施工总成本为目标,开展输电线路机械化集群施工总成本最优配置模型研究。提出评价机械化集群施工经济指标,量化评价输电线路机械化集群施工经济性。提出一种结合机械化率评价指标的输电线路集群施工总成本最优配置模型,该模型能够定量评价机械化集群施工的经济指标,促进机械化实施方案的合理配置。某220kV输电线路实际工程案例表明:所提输电线路机械化集群施工配置指标与总成本最优配置模型,能够实现技术方案与经济效益联动。机械装备的合理配置可以有效降低单位静态投资,保障各参建方实现共赢。In the construction of transmission lines,mechanized cluster construction is a construction method that improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity.With the goal of reducing the total cost of mechanized cluster construction of transmission lines,this study aims to develop an optimal configuration model for the total cost of mechanized cluster construction of transmission lines.the economic indicators for evaluating mechanized cluster construction were proposed and the economic efficiency of mechanized cluster construction of transmission lines was quantitatively evaluated.an optimal allocation model for the total construction cost of transmission line clusters based on mechanization rate indicators was presented.This model quantitatively evaluate the economic indicators of mechanized cluster construction and promote the rational allocation of mechanization implementation plans.The case study of a 220kV transmission line shows that the proposed mechanization cluster construction configuration index and total cost optimal configuration model for transmission lines can achieve the linkage between technical solutions and economic benefits.The rational allocation of mechanical equipment can effectively reduce static investment per unit and ensure a win-win situation for all participating parties.
