摘 要:在电力行业工程造价管理领域中,为改善设计与造价控制不协同及技术与经济不平衡,从而导致非必要资源浪费的问题,提出了基于BIM技术的变电站工程精细化设计与造价管理方法,从精细化设计和造价管理两个维度,探讨了如何将BIM技术与精细化管理理论应用于变电站工程设计阶段的造价管理,并通过案例进行验证。该方法在工程项目的前期对造价进行有效控制,精确识别造价超支的构件,并显著提高造价管理的质量和效率。通过实施该方法,确保了变电站工程设计阶段的工程造价在合理区间内,从而保障设计方案在经济性上的合理性和可行性。In the electric power industry's engineering cost management,a common problem is unnecessary resource waste caused by the lack of co-ordinate of design and cost control and by the imbalance between the technology and the economy.This paper proposed a fine design and cost management method for substation engineering based on BIM technology,discussed the application of the combination of BIM technology and the fine management theory to the cost management in the substation engineering design stage,and conducted the case validation.The method effectively control the cost in the early stage of the project,accurately identify cost overrun components,and significantly improve the quality and efficiency of cost management.Implementing this method ensures that the project cost in the design stage of the substation engineering is within a reasonable range,thus guaranteeing the economic rationality and feasibility of the design program.
