组态视角下企业绿色施工行为提升路径研究

摘　　要：“双碳”目标下,如何促进建筑企业进行绿色施工成为学界及政府关注的焦点。基于制度理论、利益相关者理论等,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),探究了命令控制型和市场激励型环境规制、战略性和利他性企业社会责任及绿色变革型领导多因素联动对建筑企业绿色施工行为的影响,并结合企业性质和规模进行了组态分析。结果表明:5种路径可以实现高水平绿色施工,战略性企业社会责任和命令控制型环境规制作为核心条件对高水平绿色施工的产生具有重要影响。Under the goal of"dual carbon",promoting the green construction of contractor has become a major focus of the academia and government.Based on institutional theory and stakeholder theory,this study adopted the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)method to reveal the complex causal relationship among the command-and-control and market-driven environmental regulations,strategic and altruistic corporate social responsibility,green transformational leadership,and the influence of multiple factors on green construction behavior was clarified.Additionally,this study analyzed the configuration based on the ownership and firm size.The results indicate that five paths could obtain the high-level green construction.Strategic corporate social responsibility and command-and-control environmental regulation are the core conditions that play a crucial role in achieving high levelsofgreen construction behavior.
