摘  要:卓越工程师工程计划2.0强调新工科建设,与智能建造人才培养目标一致。同时智能建造在企业的发展已经走在了高校人才培养的前面,因此高校应厘清智能建造人才需求,以培养学生核心能力为中心,整合教学资源;以产教融合为抓手,组建师资队伍;以全面实践为基础,重构实践教学体系,构建高校、企业、政府多位一体的智能建造人才培养机制。The excellent engineer program 2.0 emphasizes the construction of new engineering disciplines,aligning with the goal of intelligent construction talent cultivation.the development of intelligent construction in enterprises has gone ahead of the training of talents in colleges and universities,thus,colleges and universities should clarify the demand for intelligent construction talents,integrate teaching resources centering on cultivating students'core competence,form teaching staff with the integration of industry and education as the starting point,reconstruct the practice teaching system on the basis of comprehensive practice,and build the mechanism of cultivating talents of intelligent construction in which colleges and universities,enterprises and the government are integrally involved.
