摘　　要：随着国家电网公司IMS行政交换网的推广与应用,IP类多媒体业务也逐渐增多,传统“竖井式”电力业务在开发和应用方面存在众多壁垒。基于IMS行政交换网系统架构和核心网元能力,设计了一个能够屏蔽底层通信协议的业务能力开放平台,并提供对外开放接口,支持第三方开发业务应用时直接调用相关业务能力,并通过多点业务触发模型避免多业务间的冲突,并给出第三方用户注册及呼叫处理流程设计,最终达到快速开发新业务的目的。With the popularization and application of the IMS administrative switching network of the State Grid Corporation of China,the number of IP multimedia services has gradually increased,and there are many barriers to the development and application of traditional"silos"power services.Based on the IMS administrative switching network system architecture and core NE capabilities,this paper designs an open platform that can shield the service capabilities of the underlying communication protocol,and provides an open interface to support the third-party to directly call the relevant service capabilities when developing business applications,and avoids conflicts between multiple services through the multi-point service triggering model,and gives the design of the third-party user registration and call processing process,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid development of new services.
