摘 要:针对光伏电站传统运维方式存在劳动强度大、运维效率较低、运维成本较高等问题,对光伏电站智能运维关键技术展开了研究,通过对光伏电站智能运维功能要求进行分析,提出了多传感器深度融合的光伏电站在线监控系统,搭建了智能运维在线监测系统方案。完成了硬件系统设计和软件编程,实现了光伏电站全设备在线监控。经在某光伏电站现场安装和调试,光伏电站在线监控系统实现对电站设备参数的在线监控,实时数据传输,降低了现场设备的维护成本和工人劳动强度,同时可利用曲线图展示电流和电压变化趋势,从而实现对光伏电站状态在线监测,提高了光伏电站的整体性能,为后期光伏电站无人化巡检和智能运维提供应用参考。For photovoltaic power station traditional operational way workers labor intensity,low operational efficiency,operational cost is higher problem,intelligent operational key technology of photo voltaic power station,through the analysis of photo voltaic power station intelligent operational function requirements,put forward the sensor depth fusion of photo voltaic power station online monitoring system,set up the intelligent operations online monitoring system scheme.The hardware system design and software programming have been completed,and the online monitoring of all the photo voltaic power station equipment has been realized.After field installation in a photo voltaic power station and debugging shows that photo voltaic power station online monitoring system for online monitoring of power plant equipment parameters,real-time data transmission,reduce the field equipment maintenance cost and workers labor intensity,using the graph show current and voltage change trend,so as to realize the online monitoring of photo voltaic power station,improve the overall performance of photo voltaic power station,for late photo voltaic power station unmanned inspection and intelligent operations provide application reference.
