摘  要:随着新能源并网容量的持续增长,其发电的不稳定性对电力系统的冲击影响已不容忽视,特别是在建设新型电力系统的时代背景下,亟需提高新能源发电单元的感知及控制水平。为此,提出一种基于电网稳定控制系统的新能源全景监视与精益控制技术,提高新能源感知水平,优化新能源控制手段。在新能源场站现场模拟电网故障,对所提出的优化控制技术进行验证,结果表明电网稳定控制系统可通过该技术实现对新能源发电单元的快速、精准控制。With the continuous growth of new energy grid connected capacity,the impact of its power generation instability on the power system cannot be ignored,especially in the context of building a new power system.It is urgent to improve the perception and control level of new energy generation units.Therefore,a new energy panoramic monitoring and lean control technology based on grid stability control system is proposed to improve the level of new energy perception and optimize the means of new energy control.The proposed optimal control technology is verified by simulating the power grid fault in the new energy station.The results show that the power grid stability control system can realize the fast and accurate control of the new energy generation units through this technology.
