摘　　要：介绍了一起500 kV变压器呼吸器漏油缺陷,对现场排查情况、缺陷原因分析、临时处理措施及停电检修过程进行了介绍。停电检查确认是储油柜胶囊破损导致变压器油流入胶囊内部,油位上升后胶囊受到挤压,油通过呼吸管出口排出,从而出现呼吸器漏油现象。最后提出了防止胶囊破损的建议,以提高胶囊的安全可靠性,保障变压器的安全运行。The article introduced the oil leakage defect of the 500 kV transformer respirator,and introduced the on-site inspection,the analysis of the causes of defects,the temporary processing measures and the power outage maintenance process.The power outage inspection confirmed that the damage to the oil storage tank capsule caused transformer oil to flow into the capsule.After the oil level rose,the capsule was compressed,and the oil was discharged from the respirator outlet through a breathing tube,resulting in respirator oil leakage.Finally,suggestions were put forward to prevent capsule damage,in order to improve the safety and reliability of the capsule and ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
