摘 要:为提升新能源汽车的安全性能,研究分析了新能源汽车工厂的安规绝缘检测工艺,尤其是同步移动技术在其中的应用。通过分析现行检测工艺的现状及问题,提出了基于同步移动技术的问题解决方案。从同步移动技术的理论基础到具体应用,对工艺规划、设备设计、安全保障等多维层面进行了阐述。实践证明,该方案成功实现高节拍、高柔性、高安全的在线跟随式检测模式,是一种高效、准确、可靠的绝缘检测解决方案,确保了新能源汽车的安全性与合规性。In order to improve safety performance of new energy vehicles(NEVs),this paper studies safety regulation insulation testing in NEV factories,especially the application of synchronous mobile technology therein.By analyzing the situation and existing problems of the current detection process,the paper proposes solutions based on synchronous mobile technology.From the theoretical basis of synchronous mobile technology to specific applications,this paper elaborates on multiple dimensions such as process planning,equipment design,and safety guarantee.Practice has proved that this solution has achieved an online follow-up detection mode with high cycle rate,high flexibility and high safety,it thereby is an efficient,accurate and reliable insulation detection solution,ensuring the safety and compliance of new energy vehicles.
