摘  要:凝汽器布管设计合理与否对电站机组的经济性至关重要,相较于以往的布管方法,基于喉部出口流场对凝汽器进行布管设计更为合理。以某880MW火电机组凝汽器为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,首先模拟获得耦合排汽缸的喉部出口流场;然后基于喉部出口流场对两种布管方案的凝汽器进行了壳侧蒸汽流场的数值模拟,通过性能参数提取对凝汽器的两种布管方案进行了比较,并为凝汽器改造确定了较好的布管方案;同时为改造后的凝汽器提供了基于壳侧流场模拟的变工况性能曲线。模拟结果显示:凝汽器喉部出口流场具有较强的不均匀性,采用新型管束的凝汽器的工作压力优于采用原管束凝汽器382Pa。采用新型管束对凝汽器实施改造应用后的性能测试表明:改造后的凝汽器的工作压力低于设计压力250Pa。The rationality of the tube bundle design of condenser is crucial for the economic efficiency of power plant units.Compared with previous tube bundle design methods for condensers,the design method based on the outlet flow field of throat is more reasonable.Taking the condenser of one 880MW thermal power unit as the research object,using the numerical simulation method,the outlet flow field of the condenser throat was first obtained.Then,based on the outlet flow field of the throat,the steam flow field on the shell side of the condensers with two kinds of tube bundle schemes was obtained and analyzed.By extracting performance parameters from the simulation results,the two kinds of tube bundle schemes for the condenser were compared.The better tube bundle scheme was determined for the renovation of the condenser.At last,the performance curves under different operating conditions were provided.The simulation results of the condenser throat in the paper showed that the outlet flow field of the condenser throat was unevenly distributed.The simulation results of the condenser with two kinds of tube bundle schemes in the paper showed that the working pressure of the condenser using one new tube bundle was 382Pa lower than that of the condenser using the original tube bundle.The performance test of the renovated condenser using the new type of tube bundle showed that the working pressure of the renovated condenser was 250Pa lower than the design pressure of the condenser.
