摘  要:提出了一种冲击载荷作用下鼠笼弹支挤压油膜阻尼器的动力学建模方法,并进行了冲击仿真和冲击试验研究。该方法基于短轴承理论和有限元方法,考虑冲击载荷,构建鼠笼弹支挤压油膜阻尼器的冲击动力学模型。分别考虑阻尼器供油、不供油以及冲击载荷脉宽影响,采用时域方法进行冲击动力学仿真计算。进一步设计了鼠笼弹支挤压油膜阻尼器冲击试验台,采用电动激振器模拟三角波进行冲击试验,分别在阻尼器供油、不供油以及不同冲击载荷脉宽条件下开展了冲击试验。结果表明,冲击仿真与冲击试验的最大响应变化规律一致、误差小于15%,验证了鼠笼弹支挤压油膜阻尼器冲击动力学建模方法的有效性;同时发现阻尼器在冲击过程能起到降低最大冲击响应约30%的效果,为冲击载荷下航空发动机、燃气轮机等旋转机械的鼠笼弹支挤压油膜阻尼器的抗冲击设计提供参考。A dynamic modeling method for the squirrel-cage squeeze film damper under shock load is proposed,and shock simulation and shock experimental research are carried out.This method is based on the short bearing theory and finite element method.Considering the shock load,the shock dynamics model of the squirrel-cage squeeze film damper is constructed.Considering the influence of damper oil supply condition and the pulse width of shock load respectively,the time-domain method is used for shock dynamics simulation calculation.Further,an shock experimental bench for the squirrel-cage squeeze film damper is designed.An electric exciter is used to simulate a triangular wave for shock experiments.Shock experiments are carried out under the different oil supply conditions and different shock load pulse widths.The results show that the maximum response of shock simulation and experiment are consistent overall,and the error is less than 15%,which verifies the effectiveness of the shock dynamics modeling method.At the same time,it is found that the squeeze film damper can reduce the maximum shock response by about 30%during the shock process,supporting the anti-shock design of squirrel-cage squeeze film dampers for rotating machinery such as aero-engines and gas turbines.
