摘  要:设计并搭建了某型燃气轮机可倾瓦推力轴承试验台,在对试验设备检查及调试后,开展了对外径为255mm、转速为3200r/min、比压为0.9MPa推力轴承的变轴向推力试验及轴向推力加载20min稳定运行试验,研究给出了轴向推力加载及进油温度对该型可倾瓦推力轴承轴瓦温度的影响。试验表明,轴向推力每增大16kN,轴瓦温度提高5℃左右;进油温度40℃相对于进油温度30℃,轴承温度高3℃左右。试验为推力滑动轴承安全稳定运行提供了试验依据。A tilting pad thrust bearing test rig was designed and established in this paper,and after the test equipment was checked and debugged,and then the thrust bearing with outer diameter of 255mm,rotating speed of 3200r/min,pressure ratio of 0.9MPa was tested with varying axial thrust force,and steady state operation with constant axial force.The effect of axial thrust loading and oil inlet temperature on the axial tile temperature of tilting pad thrust bearing was studied.The test results indicated that the axial thrust force increased with each 16kN,the temperature of the axial tile pad bearing increased about 5℃;compared the inlet oil temperature 40℃with the oil temperature 30℃,the bearing temperature was higher about 3℃.This paper provides a test basis for the stable operation of tilting pad thrust bearings.
