摘  要:研究了在全厂总供热需求及全厂电出力一定的条件下多类型供热机组的热电负荷分配优化问题。基于Ebsilon建模仿真软件获取的4台机组热电特性和电-热-耗煤量特性,采用数值优化软件对两类电厂应用情景下的热、电负荷分配进行了优化分析。优化分析结果表明,在情景二,全厂总热负荷3000GJ/h、全厂总电出力890MW条件下,4台机组开机方式下的优化方案与基准方案相比,总耗煤量降低5.0t/h,每小时可节省标煤成本0.45万元。不同开机台数的优化结果表明,当机组开机台数对应的发电、供热能力与全厂总电出力、总供热负荷相比裕量较大时,优化方案与基准方案相比取得的优化效果十分可观,具有巨大的现场推广应用价值。The study investigates the optimization of heat and power load distribution among multiple types of cogeneration units under constant total heat demand and total power output of the entire plant.Based on the performance characteristic of electricity,heat,and coal consumption obtained from the Ebsilon,an optimization analysis of the heat and power load distribution under two scenarios was conducted.The results of the optimization analysis indicate that under Scenario II,with a total heat load of 3000GJ/h and a total power output of 890MW for the entire plant,the total coal consumption of the optimized scheme is reduced by 5.0t/h compared to the baseline scheme,saving a standard coal cost of 4500 Yuan/h.The optimization results show that when the power generation and heating capacity corresponding to the number of units in operation have a significant margin compared to the total power and total heat load of the entire plant,the optimization scheme achieves a considerable economic benefit,which has great value for on-site application.
