摘  要:为了全面探究三唑类杀菌剂苯醚甲环唑在蚯蚓-土壤系统中的对映选择性环境行为,本研究系统探讨了手性苯醚甲环唑的生物富集、消除动力学以及降解路径。通过超临界流体色谱串联质谱(SFC-MS/MS)测定了苯醚甲环唑的4种立体异构体并使其达到基线分离。在富集阶段观察到显著的对映选择性,其中(2R,4R)-苯醚甲环唑和(2R,4S)-苯醚甲环唑优先在蚯蚓体内积累。利用超高效液相色谱四极杆串联飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-QTOF/MS)鉴定了5种转化产物(TPs),分别为3-氯,4-羟基苯醚甲环唑、CGA-205374、CGA-205375、3-氯,4-羟基CGA-205375和CGA-71019(1,2,4-三氮唑)。揭示了苯醚甲环唑在蚯蚓和土壤中的主要转化途径为水解和羟基化。此外,产生了具有显著对映选择性的手性转换产物3-氯,4-羟基苯醚甲环唑。This study was conducted to comprehensively explore the enantioselective environmental behavior of the triazole fungicide difenoconazole in the earthworm-soil system.Laboratory experiments were performed to study the bioaccumulation,elimination,and degradation pathways of chiral difenoconazole.Four stereoisomers of difenoconazole were separated and determined by SFC-MS/MS.Significant enantioselectivity was observed during the accumulation phase,and(2R,4R)-difenoconazole and(2R,4S)-difenoconazole were preferentially accumulated in earthworms.Five transformation products(TPs)were identified by UHPLC-QTOF/MS,namely 3-chloro,4-hydroxy difenoconazole,CGA-205374,CGA-205375,3-chloro,4-hydroxy CGA-205375,and CGA-71019(1,2,4-triazole).The main transformation pathways observed for difenoconazole in earthworms and soil were hydrolysis and hydroxylation.Furthermore,the chiral transformation product,3-chloro,4-hydroxy difenoconazole,was generated with significant enantioselectivity.
