摘  要:建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定豆制品中碱性橙2的分析方法。样品经水-乙酸-乙酸铵-乙腈超声提取、离心、过滤膜后直接进样,采用Accucore a Q色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,2.6μm)分离,正离子模式扫描,外标法定量。结果表明碱性橙2在0.5~15.0 ng/m L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数(R2)≥0.99,其仪器检出限为为1.2μg/kg,定量限为4.0μg/kg;为了验证方法的精密度和准确度,做了重现性实验和加标回收实验,其RSD为1.91%~8.93%,回收率为80.6%~98.2%。本文适用于豆制品中碱性橙2的快速筛查和定量分析,方法前处理简单,测定快、准、灵敏度高。Establish an analytical method for the determination of basic orange 2 in soybean products using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted by water acetic acid ammonium acetate acetonitrile ultrasound,centrifuged,and filtered before direct injection using an Accucore aQ chromatography column(2.1×100 mm,2.6μm)separation,positive ion mode scanning,quantitative analysis using external standard method.The results showed that basic orange 2 exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.5 to 15.0 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient(R2)≥0.99,and an instrument detection limit of 1.2μg/kg,with a quantification limit of 4.0μg/kg;To verify the precision and accuracy of the method,reproducibility experiments and spiked recovery experiments were conducted,with RSD ranging from 1.91%to 8.93%and recovery rates ranging from 80.6%to 98.2%.This article is applicable for the rapid screening and quantitative analysis of basic orange 2 in soybean products.The method has simple pre-treatment,fast,accurate,and high sensitivity.
