摘　　要：当代中国高层住宅设计正面临着居住文化内涵缺失所带来的诸多问题。本文基于对中国现代性状况下居住困境展开的思考,提出回溯中国传统园林建筑的思维方向,并从审美境界的角度提炼出“物境”“情境”“意境”三个层次衔接物质空间与精神空间的居住智慧,作为文化形态重构的纽带,之后从其基本原则出发,结合本科教学研究成果,就以上三个角度提出了重建当代中国高层住宅“居格”的一些可行的设计策略。High-rise housing design in contemporary China is facing various problems brought by the lack of dwelling culture connotation.Based on the reflection on the living dilemma under the condition of Chinese modernity,the direction of backtracking traditional Chinese garden architecture is proposed,and three levels of living wisdom,“physical realm”,“mental realm”and“poetic realm”,which connect the physical space with the spiritual space,are extracted from the perspective of aesthetic realm,serving as the link between modern and ancient dwelling culture.And then,starting from the basic principles of cultural pattern reconstruction,combined with undergraduate teaching,some feasible design strategies for the reconstruction of“qualification of dwelling”in contemporary Chinese high-rise housing are put forward from the above-mentioned three perspectives above.
