多重和谐与多元并置的居住生活——居住环境规划与住宅建筑设计课程教学探索

摘　　要：当前,由于中国城市化进程的深化和城市发展模式的转变,我国的城市发展进入了存量提质改造和增量结构调整的转型新时期。西建大建筑学专业近年来的居住课程教学便从这一当代背景出发,关注居民的生活类型、家庭的行为诉求,每年均选取不同城市环境、密度的用地。希望学生通过观察、了解城市环境背景之下人们的居住生活特征,来认识和理解居住环境及居民需求的多样性和差异性,从而有针对性地分析和解决城市中多元化的居住环境规划与居住建筑设计问题,满足人们多重和谐与多元并置的居住生活。At present,due to the deepening of urbanization process and the transformation of urban development models,China’s urban development has entered a new period of transformation of stock improvement and incremental structural adjustment.In recent years,our residential courses have been taught based on this background,paying attention to residents’lifestyles and family behavioral demands,and selecting sites with different urban environments and densities every year.It is hoped that students can recognize and understand the diversity and differences of the living environment and residents’needs by observing and understanding the characteristics of people’s living under the background of urban environment,so as to analyze and solve the diversified living environment planning and design problems.
