摘　　要：城市化进程的加速使得乡村住宅建设逐渐与历史传统脱节,失去特色和活力。本文选取亚东震后重建的乡村住宅为研究对象,通过调研测绘典型住宅及访谈住户使用感受,梳理传统民居、村民自建住宅和政府统建住宅的建筑特征,比较其建造体系、功能布局、选址逻辑的变迁对居民生活的影响,提出了渐进的乡村住宅更新机制,总结在传统民居基础上创新的设计方法,进而为未来乡村住宅建设提供参考和理论支持。The acceleration of urbanization has led to a disconnect between rural housing construction and historical traditions,resulting in a loss of uniqueness and vitality.This paper selects the rural dwellings reconstructed after the Yadong earthquake as the research subject.Through surveys and mapping of typical dwellings and interviews with residents about their usage experiences,the architectural characteristics of traditional dwellings,self-built houses by villagers,and government-built houses are outlined.By comparing the changes in construction systems,functional layouts,and siting logic and their impact on residents’lives,the paper proposes a gradual mechanism for rural housing renewal.It summarizes innovative design methods based on traditional dwellings,providing references and theoretical support for future rural housing construction.
