摘 要:为开发具备吸收负载量高、解吸率高和解吸能耗低的CO_(2)吸收剂,以N-(2-乙氧基乙基)-3-吗啉丙-1-胺(2-EEMPA)、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP)和哌嗪(PZ)为活性组分,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和H_(2)O为溶剂,构建了3种吸收剂体系(2-EEMPA/DMF/H_(2)O、2-EEMPA/AMP/DMF/H_(2)O和2-EEMPA/PZ/DMF/H_(2)O)。考察了3种吸收剂体系在不同活性组分、溶剂配比下对CO_(2)的吸收和解吸性能,并与质量分数30%单乙醇胺(30%MEA)水溶液(简称为30%MEA)进行了性能比较。结果表明,2-EEMPA、PZ、DMF、H_(2)O的质量比为20∶10∶40∶30的2-EEMPA/PZ/DMF/H_(2)O吸收剂(20E10P40D30H)具有最佳性能,CO_(2)解吸负载量达到0.573 mol CO_(2)/mol胺,是30%MEA(0.274 mol CO_(2)/mol胺)的2.09倍;在80℃下CO_(2)解吸率为82.7%,较30%MEA(54.6%)提高28.1%,且解吸能耗(18.9 kJ/g CO_(2))仅为30%MEA(54.6 kJ/g CO_(2))的34.6%;经过5次吸收-解吸循环后,20E10P40D30H的CO_(2)吸收负载量仍保持在0.609 mol CO_(2)/mol胺,比30%MEA(0.369 mol CO_(2)/mol胺)提高了65.0%。In order to develop CO_(2)absorbents with high absorption loading,high desorption efficiency and low desorption energy consumption,three absorbent systems 2-EEMPA/DMF/H_(2)O,2-EEMP/AMP/DMF/H_(2)O and 2-EEMPA/PZ/DMF/H_(2)O were synthesized using N-(2-ethoxyethyl)-3-morpholinopropan-1-amine(2-EEMPA),2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP)and piperazine(PZ)as active components,and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and H_(2)O as solvent.The three absorbent systems under different active components and solvent ratios were evaluated for their CO_(2)absorption and desorption performances,and compared with monoethanolamine(MEA)aqueous solution with 30%mass fraction(referred to as 30%MEA).The results showed that 2-EEMPA/PZ/DMF/H_(2)O absorbent prepared with m(2-EEMPA)∶m(PZ)∶m(DMF)∶m(H_(2)O)=20∶10∶40∶30(20E10P40D30H)exhibited the best performances,with the CO_(2)desorption loading reaching 0.573 mol CO_(2)/mol amine,2.09 times that of 30%MEA(0.274 mol CO_(2)/mol amine),and the CO_(2)desorption efficiency of 82.7%at 80℃,28.1%higher than that of 30%MEA(54.6%),and the desorption energy consumption(18.9 kJ/g CO_(2))only 34.6%of 30%MEA(54.6 kJ/g CO_(2)).After 5 absorption-desorption cycles,the CO_(2)absorption loading of 20E10P40D30H remained at 0.609 mol CO_(2)/mol amine,65.0%higher than that of 30%MEA(0.369 mol CO_(2)/mol amine).
