摘 要:以己二酸和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料、戊二酸环氧环己烷二酯二醇(GCHD)为改性剂,对聚己二酸丁二醇酯进行改性制备了聚酯(PBCHA);然后,以PBCHA为软段、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为硬段、二月桂酸二丁锡(DBTL)为催化剂,经聚合反应制备了聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)。采用FTIR、1HNMR对PBCHA进行了表征,测试了其酸值、羟值及黏均相对分子质量。通过正交实验,探究了HMDI和DBTL含量(以HMDI和PBCHA的总质量计,下同)、GCHD添加量(以BDO的物质的量计,下同)对PUE热稳定性、低温性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,由GCHD添加量为2%~6%制备的PBCHA,酸值均≤0.30 mg(KOH)/g,羟值在36.49~40.04 mg(KOH)/g之间,黏均相对分子质量(6079~6997),呈不规律变化。由HMDI含量21%、GCHD添加量4%、DBTL含量0.80%制备的PUE-5表现出最优的综合性能,其失重10%、50%时的温度分别为307.42、360.26℃,最大热降解速率时的温度为392.40℃,玻璃化转变温度为–39.01℃,拉伸强度为16.44 MPa,断裂伸长率为1627.31%。Polyester(PBCHA)was prepared by modifying polybutanediol adipate,which were obtained from adipic acid and 1,4-butanediol(BDO),with glutarate epoxycyclohexanedil glycol(GCHD),and used as soft segment,with dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI)as hard segment and dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTL)as catalyst to synthesize polyester-type polyurethane elastomer(PUE).PBCHA was characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR,while its acid value,hydroxyl value and viscosity-average relative molecular mass were measured.Through orthogonal experiments,the effects of HMDI and DBTL content(based on the total mass of HMDI and PBCHA,the same below)and GCHD addition amount(based on the substance amount of BDO,the same below)on the thermal stability,low temperature properties and mechanical properties of PUE were investigated.The results showed that the PBCHA prepared with a GCHD addition amount of 2%~6%displayed acid value≤0.30 mg(KOH)/g,hydroxyl value of 36.49~40.04 mg(KOH)/g,and viscosity-average relative molecular mass of 6079~6997,indicating irregular changes.PUE-5 prepared with HMDI content of 21%,GCHD addition amount of 4%and DBTL content of 0.80%exhibited the best comprehensive performance,with the temperature at 10%and 50%weight loss of 307.42℃and 360.26℃,respectively,the temperature at the maximum thermal degradation rate of 392.40℃,the glass transition temperature of–39.01℃,the tensile strength of 16.44 MPa,and the elongation at break of 1627.31%.
