摘 要:以Ni(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O、Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O和尿素为原料,通过水热法与蛭石(VMT)复合,制备了NiCo-LDHs/VMT复合材料。采用XRD、Raman、TEM、SEM、XPS对其结构组成和微观形貌进行了表征,并将其用于尿素电解制氢,考察了制备条件对其电催化尿素氧化反应(UOR)性能的影响,采用三电极体系对NiCo-LDHs/VMT工作电极电解尿素性能进行了测试。结果表明,NiCo-LDHs/VMT复合材料上既有VMT的微米片状结构,还具有NiCo-LDHs的六边形结构;在n(Ni)∶n(Co)=2∶1、反应温度100℃、反应时间8 h的条件下制备的Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT具有良好的催化活性,当电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2)时,其UOR过电位为0.98 V;在电流密度为10 mA/cm^(2)、电位为1.35 V的条件下,Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT可电解尿素产生N_(2),在–0.23 V电位下电解尿素产生H_(2);Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT具有稳定的电解尿素性能,可稳定工作10 h电位基本保持不变。NiCo-LDHs/VMT composites were synthesized by combination of (NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O,Co(NO_(3))__(2)·6H_(2)O and urea with vermiculite(VMT)via hydrothermal method,characterized by XRD,Raman,TEM,SEM and XPS,and then used to electrolyze urea for hydrogen production.The effect of preparation conditions on their electrocatalytic performance for urea oxidation reaction(UOR)was analyzed via three-electrode system.The results showed that NiCo-LDHs/VMT composites had both micron sheet structure of VMT and hexagonal structure of NiCo-LDHs.Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT prepared at n(Ni)∶n(Co)=2∶1,reaction temperature of 100℃,reaction time of 8 h exhibited good catalytic activity.When the current density was 10 mA/cm^(2),the UOR overpotential was 0.98 V.Under the conditions of current density of 10 mA/cm^(2) and potential of 1.35 V,Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT could electrolyse urea to produce N_(2),and at potential of–0.23 V,urea could produce H_(2).Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/VMT displayed stable electrolytic performance of urea,which could work statically for 10 h and kept the potential basically unchanged.
