摘　　要：2024年,中国资产评估协会(以下简称中评协)高质量完成资产评估师考试(以下简称考试)工作。本文对2024年资产评估师职业资格全国统一考试基本情况、试题质量等情况进行梳理分析。自1995年国家设立资产评估师职业资格制度以来,截至2024年底,报名人数累计超过122万人,8.52万人考试合格取得资产评估师职业资格证书。In 2024,the China Asset Appraisal Association(hereinafter referred to as the China Appraisal Association)will complete the Asset Appraiser Examination(hereinafter referred to as the Examination)with high quality.This article summarizes and analyzes the basic situation and test quality of the 2024 National Unified Examination for Asset Appraiser Professional Qualification.Since the establishment of the asset appraiser professional qualification system by the state in 1995,as of the end of 2024,the cumulative number of applicants has exceeded 1.22 million,and 85200 people have passed the examination and obtained the asset appraiser professional qualification certificate.
