摘 要:使用有限元仿真与实验分析相结合的方法,研究旋转机械双圆盘转子的振动特性。使用SolidWorks建立转子的三维模型,使用ANSYS Workbench完成了转子的有限元建模与模态分析,得到转子的各阶固有频率与临界转速。充分考虑不平衡量的大小和相位差对转子的振动影响,使用Campbell图计算各种不平衡情况下转子的一阶临界转速。对转子进行模态实验,将所得结果与仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:临界转速远大于工作转速;随着不平衡质量的增大,转子的一阶临界转速逐渐减小,降低趋势逐渐加强;对于相同的不平衡量,当其作用于两个圆盘时,一阶临界转速更低;当不平衡质量间的相位差从0°增加到90°时,转子的一阶临界转速逐渐增大;当两者相位差从180°增加到270°时,转子的一阶临界转速逐渐减小,并且在90°和270°时数值近似相等。该研究成果可为转子系统中由于不平衡量引起的临界转速变化规律提供一定参考。The method of combining fem simulation with experimental investigation was used to study the vibrational properties of a rotating mechanical double disc rotor.SolidWorks was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the rotor,and ANSYS Workbench was used to execute the finite elements modeling and mode analysis of the rotor,and the natural frequencies and critical speed of the rotor were picked up.Pondering the impression of the magnitude and phase displacement of the nonequilibrium on the shake of the rotor,the Campbell diagram was used to count the first-order critical speed of the rotor under various unbalanced conditions.The mode test on the rotor was conducted and the test results were compared with the simulation results.The results show that the critical speed is much larger than the service speed;with the increase of nonequilibrium mass,the first-order critical speed of the rotor gradually decreases,and the decreasing trend gradually strengthens;for the same nonequilibrium mass,when it acts on two discs,the first-order critical speed is lower;when the phase difference between the unbalanced masses increases from 0°to 90°,the first-order critical speed of the rotor gradually swell;when the phase difference between the unbalanced masses increases from 180°to 270°,the first-order critical speed of the rotor gradually minish,and the values are approximately equal at 90°and 270°.The research results can provide some reference for the critical rotation speed change law caused by unbalanced masses in the rotor system.
