摘  要:针对液压阻尼器试验台在位移加载过程中易受非线性因素、参数不确定及未知扰动影响的问题,提出一种滑模自抗扰控制策略。针对传统自抗扰控制器结构复杂及响应速度慢的问题,通过设计滑模状态误差反馈控制率来代替传统自抗扰控制中的非线性状态误差反馈控制率,进而简化控制系统结构并提高响应速度,并运用李雅普诺夫理论分析该方法的稳定性。搭建Simulink仿真模型进行仿真分析,针对控制模型参数采用遗传算法进行优化;搭建试验台进行验证并对比自抗扰控制、滑模控制及滑模自抗扰控制性能。结果表明:滑模自抗扰控制兼具自抗扰控制稳态误差小、抗扰性强以及滑模控制调节速度快的特点,提升了液压阻尼器试验台的位移跟踪控制准确性。The hydraulic damper test bench is susceptible to nonlinear factors,parameter uncertainty and unknown disturbance during displacement loading.Aiming at the problem,a sliding mode active disturbance rejection control strategy was proposed.For the complex structure and slow response speed of the traditional active disturbance rejection controller,the sliding mode state error feedback control rate was designed to replace the nonlinear state error feedback control rate in the traditional active disturbance rejection control to simplify the control system structure and improve the response speed,and the stability of the method was analyzed by using Lyapunov theory.Simulink simulation model was built for simulation analysis,and genetic algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the control model.The test bench was set up to verify and compare the active disturbance rejection control,sliding mode control and sliding mode active disturbance rejection control.The results show that the sliding mode active disturbance rejection control has the characteristics of small steady-state error,strong disturbance rejection and fast adjustment speed,which improves the displacement tracking control accuracy of the hydraulic damper test bench.
