摘 要:为了探究油腔对静压油膜轴承承载特性的影响,基于流体力学理论和Fluent软件,提出静压滑动油膜轴承有限元分析模型;分析油腔厚度、转子转速、油腔夹角和壁面粗糙度对油膜压力峰值的影响。结果表明:在油膜连续的前提下,随着静压滑动轴承油腔厚度的增加,油膜压力峰值减小;随着油腔夹角的增大,油膜压力峰值先减小后增大;当轴承转速增加时,油膜压力峰值均呈现上升趋势,过大的转速会使得油膜的承载中心发生偏移,进而导致轴承偏心,且可能导致供油不充足;油腔壁面是否粗糙对润滑特性影响明显。To explore the influence of the oil cavity on the load-carrying characteristics of the hydrostatic oil film bearing,a finite element analysis model of the hydrostatic sliding oil film bearing was established based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the Fluent software.The effects of oil cavity thickness,rotor speed,oil cavity angle,and wall roughness on the oil film pressure were studied.The results show that under the premise of oil film continuity,with the increase of the oil cavity thickness of hydrostatic sliding bearing,the peak value of oil film pressure decreases;with the rise of the oil cavity angle,the peak value of the oil film pressure decreases and then increases;when the bearing speed increases,the peak pressure of the oil film shows an upward trend,too large speed can make the bearing center of the oil film shift,which leads to bearing eccentricity,and may lead to insufficient oil supply;the roughness of the oil chamber walls has a significant effect on the lubrication characteristics.
