摘  要:针对液压伺服滑阀动态阀口冲蚀磨损的问题,运用Fluent中的离散相模型(DPM)计算分析液压伺服滑阀动态阀口的冲蚀机制和影响因素。结果表明:与固定开度的阀口相比,动态调整过程中提高颗粒冲击频次会显著强化油液中污染物对工作边的冲蚀作用,阀芯工作边平均冲蚀率从6.55×10^(-9)kg/(m^(2)·s)增大到8.32×10^(-7)kg/(m^(2)·s);阀套工作边平均冲蚀率从2.59×10^(-8)kg/(m^(2)·s)增大到6.69×10^(-6)kg/(m^(2)·s)。中频小幅时的工作边平均冲蚀率最大,阀芯和阀套工作边平均冲蚀率均在100 Hz时达到最大值,分别为2.69×10^(-6)、1.16×10^(-5)kg/(m^(2)·s);阀芯和阀套工作边平均冲蚀率在振幅5μm时达到最大值,分别为6.4×10^(-6)、2.38×10^(-5)kg/(m^(2)·s);并通过测量阀口工作边形貌与圆角半径验证了仿真的有效性。Aiming at the erosion and wear of hydraulic servo spool valve dynamic port,the discrete phase model(DPM)in Fluent was used to analyze the erosion mechanism and influencing factors of dynamic orifice of hydraulic servo spool valve.The results show that compared with the fixed opening port,the increase of particle impact frequency during the dynamic adjustment process significantly intensifies the erosion effect of pollutants in oil on the working edge,and the average erosion rate of the working edge of the spool increases from 6.55×10^(-9)kg/(m^(2)·s)to 8.32×10^(-7)kg/(m^(2)·s).The average erosion rate of the working side of the valve sleeve increases from^(2).59×10^(-8)kg/(m^(2)·s)to 6.69×10^(-6)kg/(m^(2)·s).When the medium frequency is small,the average erosion rate of the working side is the largest,and the average erosion rate of the working side of the spool and valve sleeve reaches the maximum value at 100 Hz,which are 2.69×10-6 kg/(m^(2)·s)and 1.16×10^(-5)kg/(m^(2)·s),respectively.The average erosion rate of the working side of the spool and valve sleeve reaches the maximum value when the amplitude is 5μm,which is 6.4×10^(-6)kg/(m^(2)·s)and 2.38×10^(-5)kg/(m^(2)·s)respectively.The effectiveness of the simulation is verified by measuring the shape of the working edge of the valve port and the round radius.
