摘 要:为了揭示高功率密度轴向柱塞泵柱塞副的摩擦学性能,引入柱塞副微动姿态下的雷诺方程,考虑柱塞副油膜温度黏度以及弹性变形的影响,建立基于热流固多场耦合油膜分析模型,通过热流固模型对比分析不同负载下柱塞副油膜模型的变化特性。结果表明:高压加剧了柱塞的偏心倾斜,导致柱塞副油膜厚度分布不均匀,在高低压切换时,内部压力突变导致出现油膜压力尖峰,而油膜温度升高导致油膜黏度降低,导致油膜支撑力减弱,使得柱塞副产生较大的变形破坏,最终导致柱塞副泄漏量过大。基于此,在柱塞表面进行波浪形结构设计,以平衡油膜厚度分布,降低黏温效应的影响。结果表明:采用波浪形结构改善了黏温效应导致的油膜支撑力不足的问题,减少了柱塞表面变形,使高功率密度轴向柱塞泵的泄漏量减少5.7%。In order to reveal the tribological performance of the plunger pair of a high power density axial piston pump,the Reynolds equation under the micro-motion posture of the plunger pair was introduced,and the oil film temperature and viscosity as well as the elastic deformation of the plunger pair were taken into consideration to establish the oil film model based on the thermo-fluid-solid multi-field coupling,and the oil film model under different loads was analyzed by the comparison of the thermo-fluid-solid model.The results show that the high pressure exacerbates the eccentric tilt of the piston,which leads to the uneven distribution of the oil film thickness of the piston pair,and the sudden change of the internal pressure during the switching between high and low pressures leads to the emergence of the oil film pressure spikes,whereas the increase of the oil film temperature leads to the decrease of the oil film viscosity,which leads to the weakening of the oil film support force,making the larger deformation damage of the piston pair,and ultimately leading to the excessive leakage of the piston pair.Therefore,a wavy structure design on the piston surface was proposed to balance the oil film thickness distribution,reduce the influence of viscosity-temperature effect.The results show that by using the wavy structure,the lack of oil film support caused by the viscosity-temperature effect is improved,the surface deformation of the plunger is reduced,the leakage amount of the high power density axial plunger pump is reduced by 5.7%.
