摘  要:针对气体封隔器在高温高压高产气井下的密封失效问题,以HPC07型封隔器为例,建立胶筒密封系统有限元模型,通过实验得到胶筒单元本构关系,分析胶筒密封面上的有效接触应力及密封性能,研究胶筒的温度、材料和工况等参数对气体封隔器密封性能的影响,开展胶筒坐封接触压力实验。结果表明:坐封完成时,密封单元的最大接触应力出现在端胶筒,为31.72 MPa,最大密封系数出现在中胶筒,为599.91 MPa·mm;随着胶筒温度的增加,接触应力与密封系数逐渐增大,177℃时达到最高;接触应力和密封系数随摩擦因数的增大而减小,摩擦因数为0.2~0.4时下降显著;端胶筒平均接触应力理论计算与仿真的误差为0.02%,坐封实验下的胶筒修正系数为0.775~0.822。Aiming at the sealing failure issue of gas packers in high-temperature,high-pressure,and high-yield gas wells,taking HPC07 type packer as an example,a finite element model of the rubber cylinder sealing system was established.The constitutive relationship of the rubber cylinder unit was obtained through experiments,and the effective contact stress and sealing performance on the sealing surface of the rubber cylinder were analyzed.The influence of temperature,material and working conditions of the rubber cylinder on the sealing performance of the gas packer was studied,and the contact pressure test of the rubber cylinder setting was carried out.The results show that after the sealing is completed,the maximum contact stress of the sealing unit is at the end rubber cylinder,which is 31.72 MPa,and the maximum sealing coefficient is at the middle rubber cylinder,which is 599.91 MPa·mm.As the temperature of the rubber cylinder increases,the contact stress and sealing coefficient gradually increase,reaching the maximum at 177℃.The contact stress and sealing coefficient decrease with the increase of friction coefficient,and the decrease is significant when the friction coefficient is between 0.2 and 0.4.The theoretical calculation and simulation error of the average contact stress of the end rubber cylinder is 0.02%,and the correction coefficient of the rubber cylinder under the sealing test is from 0.775 to 0.822.
