摘 要:采用激光粉末床熔融增材制造的NiTi形状记忆合金普遍存在延展性低、缺陷多、形状记忆性能调控困难等问题。针对此,通过在近等原子比NiTi合金粉末中加入质量分数为1%的ZrH_(2)粉末,形成NiTi/Zr金属基复合材料,以改善NiTi合金的成形性和力学性能,并通过工艺参数有效调控NiTi合金的相变性能。结果表明:Zr掺杂在合适的成形参数条件下有效抑制了球化现象,从而减少了未熔合缺陷。同时分析了Zr掺杂NiTi形状记忆复合材料的显微组织。结果表明:激光工艺参数能够改变Zr在NiTi基体中的状态,形成Zr单质、固溶体、析出相等不同显微组织。示差扫描量热仪和拉伸实验表明:Zr掺杂结合不同的工艺参数能够实现形状记忆性能调控,并在不显著改变弹性模量的前提下同时提高材料的抗拉强度和断裂韧性。NiTi shape memory alloys manufactured by laser powder bed fusion have many problems,such as low ductility,many defects and difficult shape memory performance control.In view of this,by adding ZrH_(2)nanoparticle with a mass fraction of 1%to NiTi alloy powder,NiTi/Zr metal matrix composite was formed to improve the formability and mechanical properties of NiTi alloy,and the phase transformation properties of NiTi alloy were effectively regulated by the process parameters.The results show that Zr addition effectively inhibits spheroidization phenomenon under suitable forming parameters,thus reducing unfused defects.The microstructure of NiTi shape memory composite with Zr addition was also analyzed.The results show that the laser process parameters can change the formation of Zr in NiTi matrix,and the microstructure of Zr elemental,solid solution and precipitated phase are formed.Differential scanning calorimeter and tensile experiments show that Zr addition combined with different process parameters can achieve shape memory performance regulation,and improve the tensile strength and fracture toughness of the material without significantly changing the elastic modulus.
