摘  要:现阶段常用的永磁同步发电机和有刷双馈发电机已不能满足海上风电发展的需求。无刷电励磁同步发电机具有无刷可靠、易于实现低速直驱、功率因数可调、低电压穿越能力强以及成本低等优点,在大型海上风电发展领域具有广泛的应用前景。为了进一步提高风力发电机的功率密度和风电转换效率,本文以高温超导双定子无刷电励磁同步发电机为研究对象对其展开了相关研究。首先,根据电机性能指标对该电机进行了电磁设计,确定了电机的主要尺寸;其次,深入分析了单匝高温超导线圈以及多匝线圈堆叠结构的临界电流特性;最后,利用有限元软件对所设计电机的空载和负载特性进行了详细的仿真分析,进一步验证了所提出的设计与分析方法的正确性。At this stage,the commonly used permanent magnet synchronous generators(PMGs)and brush-fed doubly-fed generators(BFGs)can no longer meet the needs of offshore wind power development.Brushless electrically excited synchronous generators have the advantages of being brushless and reliable,easy to realize low-speed direct drive,adjustable power factor,strong low-voltage ride-through capability,and low cost,which have a wide range of application prospects in the field of large-scale offshore wind power development.In order to further improve the power density and wind power conversion efficiency of wind turbine generators,this paper took high temperature superconducting double stator brushless electrically excited synchronous generator as the research object to carry out relevant research on it.Firstly,the electromagnetic design of the motor was carried out according to the motor performance indexes,and the main dimensions of the motor were determined;secondly,the critical current characteristics of the single-turn high-temperature superconducting coil as well as the multi-turn coil stacking structure were analyzed in depth;lastly,the no-load and load characteristics of the designed motor were investigated in detail by using finite-element software,which further verified the correctness of the proposed design methodology and analysis method.
