摘 要:为满足乘用车辅驱电机对零扭矩损耗与极致性价比的要求,异步电机以其更小的拖曳损耗以及更低的制造成本,逐渐成为此应用领域的首选。为应对车辆行驶过程中所面临的各种运行工况,要求在异步辅驱电机设计过程中全面地考虑其全速域的性能特点。基于此,文中首先分析了具有不同极槽配合异步辅驱电机的全速域性能,并指出相比于8极电机,6极电机具有更优的性能表现。继而以54s/6p电机为基础模型,分别分析有效长度、气隙长度以及串联匝数等结构参数对电机全速域电磁性能的影响,为乘用车异步辅驱电机的本体设计提供相关指导与关键参考。同时,得益于转子磁场定向技术的应用,文中电磁性能的计算能够规避异步电机的传统瞬态过程,在保证求解准确性的同时实现异步电机磁场同步化,大幅缩短仿真耗时,这一优势在工程应用中具有重要的实际意义。最后,通过与实测结果进行对比,验证文中异步辅驱电机电磁参数计算的准确性。To meet the requirements for electric vehicle auxiliary drive motors,asynchronous motors have gradually become the preferred choice due to their smaller drag loss and lower manufacturing costs.To cope with various operating conditions,it is required to consider the performance of such motors in their full-speed region.Based on this,firstly,the full-speed region performance of the motors with different number of pole pairs was analyzed,compared to 8-pole motors,6-pole motors have better performance.Then,based on the 54s/6p motor as the basic model,the effects of effective length,air gap length,and series turns on the electromagnetic performance were analyzed,providing relevant guidance and reference for the design of asynchronous auxiliary drive motors.In addition,to eliminate the transient process,the rotor field oriented technique was used in this paper.This method can achieve asynchronous motor magnetic field synchronization,greatly reducing simulation time.Finally,the calculation accuracy was verified by comparing with the experimental results.
