摘 要:与传统永磁电机使用单机全桥拓扑驱动不同,定子无铁心永磁电机使用Buck级联三相半桥双级式拓扑作为驱动,关于Buck级联三相半桥双级式拓扑的研究较少。针对后级半桥逆变器的换相误差问题,设计了基于逆变器直流侧输入电流的换相误差校正方法。首先,在理论上分析了双级式拓扑驱动一步导通区的电流方程。根据电流波形,利用电流的对称性,识别在不同的转子位置换相时的换相误差信息。然后,设计基于无模型自适应控制的换相误差校正控制器,实现消除换相误差的目的。最后,在基于数字控制平台的电机控制系统上进行实验,验证设计方案的可行性。实验结果表明基于直流侧电流的表征方法能够对换相误差进行有效识别,基于无模型自适应控制的误差估计方法可快速收敛,对换相误差进行估计和校正。经过校正后可降低电流脉动和谐波。Coreless-stator permanent magnet motors,as opposed to typical permanent magnet motors controlled by a single full-bridge topology,employ a Buck cascaded with a three-phase half-bridge dual-stage topology as a driver.And there are less research focus on this topology.To address the commutation error problem of the back-stage half-bridge inverter,a commutation error correction method based on the DC side current of the inverter’s input was developed.First,the current equation for the two-stage drive in the one-step conduction period was theoretically studied.The current waveform’s symmetry was used to determine commutation error information while commuting at various rotor locations.The commutation error was then eliminated by designing a controller based on model-free adaptive control.Finally,experiments were carried out on the motor control system built on the digital control platform to ensure that the design scheme was feasible.The experimental findings demonstrate that the approach based on DC side current can successfully identify the commutation error,while the error estimation method based on model free adaptive control can rapidly converge to estimate and rectify the commutation error.Current pulsations and harmonics can be minimized after rectification.
