摘  要:由于FLNG燃气发电机组在控制过程中受到突变事件的影响,存在非线性误差,导致能效比不高。为了缓解这一问题,提出了基于改进型Smith预估计器的FLNG燃气发电机组间歇控制方法。在传统的Smith预估计器基础上,通过添加一阶惯性环节改进其非线性误差,结合历史数据得出机组的负荷需求预测值。根据FLNG燃气发电机组的启机时间,分析其突变负载影响下的动态特性。构建时间自相关函数整合预测值及特性参数,综合得出机组间歇控制的结果。经过仿真测试可知,该方法在实践应用中表现出了较高的能效比,控制效果较好,满足了FLNG燃气发电机组在实际应用中的控制需求。Due to the influence of sudden events during the control process of FLNG gas generator units,there are nonlinear errors,resulting in low energy efficiency ratios.To alleviate this problem,an intermittent control method for FLNG gas generator units based on an improved Smith predictor was proposed.On the basis of the traditional Smith predictor,the nonlinear error was improved by adding a first-order inertia link,and the load demand prediction value of the unit was obtained by combining historical data.Analyzed the dynamic characteristics of FLNG gas generator units under the influence of sudden load changes based on their start-up time.Constructed a time autocorrelation function to integrate predicted values and characteristic parameters,and comprehensively obtain the results of intermittent control of the unit.After simulation testing,it can be seen that this method has shown a high energy efficiency ratio and good control effect in practical applications,meeting the control requirements of FLNG gas generator units in practical applications.
