新质生产力赋能蔬菜产业高质量发展的现实需求、要素与实践路径

摘　　要：蔬菜产业作为农业农村经济的核心支柱,不仅是农民增收的关键途径,也是推动乡村振兴不可或缺的重要力量。作为全球最大的蔬菜生产和消费国,我国蔬菜产业在追求高质量发展的过程中,仍面临质量安全隐患、基础设施建设滞后以及科技创新与转化能力不足等挑战。本文从新质生产力的视角出发,分析了蔬菜产业高质量发展对新质生产力的需求。重点阐述了新质生产力赋能蔬菜产业的要素所在,即通过科技创新、产业链整合与人才培养,实现多维度为蔬菜产业赋能;充分发挥农业科技创新力量,加快实现农业技术革命性突破;优化农业劳动力、土地、资本等生产要素配置效率,提升产业整体竞争力和可持续发展能力。最后,提出了基于新质生产力推动蔬菜产业高质量发展的4条实践路径,包括创新育种技术,激活蔬菜种业新动力;融合先进要素,构建生产体系新高地;培育农业英才,引领产业振兴新征程;升级产业结构,激发创新发展新动力等。As the core pillar of agricultural and rural economy,vegetable industry is not only a key way to increase farmers'income,but also an indispensable force to promote rural revitalization.As the world's largest vegetable producer and consumer,China's vegetable industry still faces challenges in the pursuit of high-quality development,such as hidden dangers of quality and safety,lagging infrastructure construction,and insufficient scientific and technological innovation and transformation capabilities.From the perspective of new quality productivity,this paper analyzes the demand of new quality productivity in vegetable industry,and focuses on the key factors that empower the vegetable industry with new quality productivity,namely,realizing multi-dimensional empowerment of vegetable industry through scientific and technological innovation,industrial chain integration and talent cultivation,giving full play to the innovation power of agricultural science and technology to accelerate the revolutionary breakthrough of agricultural technology,optimizing the allocation efficiency of agricultural labor,land,capital and other production factors to enhance the overall competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities of the industry.Finally,the paper puts forward four practical paths to promote high-quality development of vegetable industry based on new quality productivity,including innovating breeding technology to activate new driving forces of vegetable seed industry,integrating advanced elements to build new heights of production system,cultivating agricultural talent to lead a new journey of industrial revitalization,upgrading industrial structure to stimulate new power of innovation and development.
